Mr. Ronald Alfred Elvin, age 77 of Ellijay, passed away on Saturday February 24th, 2024 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.

Mr. Elvin was born on November 7th, 1946, in Cedar Grove, NJ, to the late George Elvin and Margaret Pelz Elvin. He worked at Whitepath Golf Course and lived on the 13th green. Mr. Elvin loved playing with the Creepy's at the Golf Course. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather. In addition to his parents, Mr. Elvin is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Quinn.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Elvin; two daughters, Jaimie Elvin of Ellijay and Jennifer (Gary) Deetz of Clayton; brother, Clint Elvin; and three grandchildren, Peyton, Morgan, and Logan also survive.

To honor his wishes, Mr. Elvin will be cremated, with no services planed at this time.
