Roy Leon Davenport, age 27 of Ellijay, passed on Monday, April 3rd, 2023.

Roy was born in Dalton GA. He is the son of Larry and Barbara Nix Davenport.

He is survived by his parents, Larry and Barbara; daughter, Aspen Davenport; sisters, Peggy Cantrell (Jerry), Susie Cantrell, Angie Smith (Phillip Ballew), Rachel Stewart (Wayne), Sarah Falkner (Aaron); one brother, Leon Davenport (Jennifer), and biological mother, Ann Davenport (Larry Bell).

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with the Rev. Edward Ledford officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 11 ^th, 2023 from 10:00 am until the funeral hour of 1:00 pm at the funeral home.

The family has requested no flowers, but donations will be excepted and can be sent to: Davenport-180 Davenport Lane-Ellijay, GA 30540. Food will be accepted the day of the visitation and service.
