Mr. Samuel "Paul" Lindsey, age 82 of Talking Rock, passed away on Friday April 1st, 2022 at the Northside Cherokee Hospital.

Mr. Lindsey was born January 11th, 1940 in Pickens County, the son of the late Sam and Maureen Henderson Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey was a graduate of Pickens High Class of 1958. He served his country in the United States Air Force for 4 years. Mr. Lindsey was a Meat Cutter for over 45 Years. He was also of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Eloise Lindsey; sisters, Elise Jones of Orlando, FL and Janelle Walker of Jasper; special friend, David Tippens; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Graveside service will be held on Sunday April 3rd, 2022 at 2pm from the Cross Roads Baptist Church in Pickens County with Rev. Autry Dean officiating. Pallbearers will be David Tippens, Chris Tippens, Michael Tippens, Roger Pendley, Chad Carlan, and Roger Henderson.

The family will receive friends Saturday April 2nd, 2022 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.

The family will accept flowers but respectfully asks that no food be brought to the funeral home in memory of Mr. Lindsey.
