Mrs. Sarah Jane Rollins, age 83 of Talking Rock, GA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 29th, 2025.

Mrs. Rollins was born on August 23rd, 1942 in Cartersville, GA to the late Lester Eugene Hufstetler and the late Eula Liddle Brooks Hufstetler. She was a devoted homemaker and a proud member of the Harvest Missionary Church of Ellijay. She loved the Lord and cherished her family with all her heart, faithfully serving others and sharing her warmth, strength, and unwavering faith with those around her. In addition to her parents, Ms. Rollins is preceded in death by four brothers, Eugene Hufstetler, Sam Hufstetler, Thomas Hufstetler, and George Hufstetler, and two sisters, Clara Mae Gossett and Elizabeth Kemp.

Ms. Rollins is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law, Robert (Lisa) Rollins, David (Lynn) Rollins, Chuck Rollins, and Johnny (Chandra) Rollins; two daughters and sons-in-laws, Janie (Darrell) Strickland and Lydia (Claude) Hartness; brother, Jimmy Hufstetler; sister, Jolene Jones; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild also survives.

Funeral Services to honor the life of Ms. Rollins will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Harvest Missionary Church with Rev. Pat Shelton officiating. Vocals will be provided by Mrs. Teresa Chastain, Rev. Pat Shelton, and the Harvest Missionary Church Choir. Graveside Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery. The following gentlemen will be serving as pallbearers: Chuck Rollins, Johnny Rollins, David Rollins, Robert Rollins, Claude Hartness, and Chad Rollins. The following gentlemen will be serving as honorary pallbearers: Mitchell Lowman, Justin Lowman, and Scott Akins.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 1st, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Food and Flowers will be accepted in memory of Ms. Sarah Jane Rollins.
