Mr. Toby Lee Baxter, age 72 of Ellijay, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Baxter was born on June 24th, 1953 in Springfield, Illinois to John Baxter and Rosemary Zeller Baxter. He was a carpenter.

He is survived by his son, John Matthew Baxter, and five sisters, Paige Hall, Star Baxter, Becky Bilbrey, Christine Baxter, and Libby Baxter.

To honor Mr. Baxter's wishes, he will be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
