Mrs. Tosha Ann Horn, age 42 of Ellijay, passed away on Monday, October 24th, 2022 at her residence.

Mrs. Horn was born on February 21st, 1980 in Atlanta to Michael Monkus and Brenda Grindle Lester. She was employed by Domino's as a manager. Mrs. Horn is preceded in death by her brother, Cecil Simmons.

Survivors include her husband, James Horn; father, Michael Monkus; mother, Brenda Lester; two daughters, Laura Fowler and Elizabeth Fowler; three step-children, Chad Horn, Salina Holland, and Corbin Vance; brother, Joseph (Aireyll) Simmons; grandchildren, Baylee Murillo, Carson Fowler, Destiny Lester, Cooper Lester, Bentley Lester, and Gracie Fowler also survives.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Simmons officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour of 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
