Troy Lee Coker age 77 of Talking Rock passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Pickens.

Troy was born March 24th, 1947 in Atlanta GA the son of the late Ralph and Inez Wright Coker. He was a member of Carrie Park Baptist Church. He loved to fish and to be outdoors.

He is survived by his wife Judy Coker of the home, Sons Jason Derek Coker, Ellijay, Glenn Cleveland Callahan, Ellijay, Daughters Paige Ann Callahan, Ellijay, Lisa Michelle Callahan, Ellijay, Francis ''Gidget'' Mitchell Aniston, Troy Lee Coker Jr, Villa Rica GA, Susan Kraner, Atlanta, Grandchildren, Candace Mets, Dallas GA, Kaylee Coker, Villa Rica, Addison Coker, Villa Rica, Haylee Coker, great-grandson Landon Metz.

Traditional funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 3:00 pm from the Bible Baptist Church with Rev. James Long officiating. Pallbearers will be Nathan Smith, Glenn Cleveland Callahan, Jason Coker, Lisa Callahan, Paige Callahan, and Daniel Puckett

The family will meet with friends on Tuesday, March 25th from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted but the family respectfully asks that no food be brought to the funeral home in memory of Mr. Troy Coker.
