Mrs. Waulene Tuck, age 79 of Ellijay, passed away on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023 at her home.

Mrs. Tuck was born on June 1st, 1944, in Ellijay, to the late John Claude Williams and the late Annie Marie Vick Williams. She was an accounts secretary for Hamilton Memorial Hospital and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tuck is preceded in death by her loving husband, James William Tuck; her two sons, Darryl Tuck and Brian Tuck, and brother, Waldon Williams.

Survivors include her four sisters and brothers-in-law, Wanda Bowen (Monroe) of Ellijay, Willene McArthur (Doug) of Ellijay, Willadean Long of Ellijay, and Wanette Hodgens(Michael) of Canton, GA; daughter-in-law, Pennie Tuck; 6 grandchildren, Josh Tuck, Jessie Watkins (Brian), Caleb Parks (Alyssa), Briana Tuck, Brooke Tuck, and Braelyn Tuck, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, December 31st, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Caleb Parks officiating. Interment will follow in the Berean Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 30th, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Food and Flowers will be accepted in memory of Mrs. Waulene Tuck.
