Mr. William Edward Worley, age 93 of McDonough, GA, passed away on Friday, June 7th, 2024.

Mr. Worley was born November 13th, 1930 to the late William Worley and Lela Cornette Worley in Ellijay GA. He achieved a bachelor's degree in education and worked as a Principal in the Clayton County Public School System. He was of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carole Adamson Worley.

Survivors include his son, Michael Worley; his grandchildren, Zach Worley and Caden Worley; nephews, Bob Worley, David Land, and Roy Fain, and niece, Meg Worley Loudermilk.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the Salem Baptist Church of Ellijay with Rev. Edwin Land officiating.
