Zachary Champion, age 22, of Centre, AL, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

Zachary was born February 27, 2003, in Canton, GA. He was a high school graduate, class of 2022.

Zachary is survived by his wife, Autumn Mitchell Champion; daughter, Brynleigh Champion; father and step-mother, Don and Hope Champion; mother, Shelly Sanford; brothers, Noah Champion, Isaac Champion, Logan Sanford, Corey Herrick; sister, Brandy Sanford; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 16th at 2 pm from Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Brother Donnie Patterson and Sister Sharon Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kolby Croft, Nolan Crump, Daniel Puckett, Alan Champion, Everett Roper and Corey Herrick.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 15th from 2 pm until 6 pm at the funeral home.
